About Off Your Plate Meals

A Personal Chef Rooted in Greenville

Amy has called the kitchen home for as long as she can remember. Since the age of sixteen, she has moved in and out of the restaurant industry, always finding her way back to the stove — food has remained her constant thread through every chapter of her life.

Today, Amy lives in Greenville with her two grown children, several furbabies, and over a hundred houseplants. As Chef/Owner of Off Your Plate Meals, she brings personal chef services directly into local kitchens — shopping for ingredients, then prepping and cooking every meal on-site, labeled and ready to heat.

Where Creativity Meets Care

By trade, Amy is also an author and interior designer, but food has always been where her creativity and care for others truly converge. That same eye for detail carries into every dish she prepares — thoughtful, personal, and made for the people eating it, not a menu board.

How Amy Brings Meals to Your Kitchen

Working from a client’s preferred menu, personal preferences, or a mix of both, Amy handles the entire process herself: she shops for fresh ingredients, then preps and cooks each meal directly in your kitchen. Every dish is labeled with clear reheating instructions, so a home-cooked meal is always just minutes away — no restaurant markup, no mystery ingredients.

A Local Personal Chef You Can Trust

As a local personal chef in Greenville, SC, Amy builds every relationship around a first conversation — allergies, must-haves, dislikes, and how many meals you need each week. Clients don’t need a professional kitchen; Amy works with what you already have, adjusting to special diets, travel distance, and even weekend add-ons like snacks or breakfast.
